Use the delete/reset control in Zerith Settings. This removes on-device data, requests deletion of pseudonymous service records associated with the current installation, and resets its anonymous identity.
Open the Health app, tap your profile, then Apps and Services → Zerith. Confirm that the categories you want to share are enabled. Return to Zerith and refresh your progress.
Use the feedback control beside the response when available, or email support with a general description. Do not include health records or other sensitive information in email.
